Subject: Human Rights

Dear Mr. President of USA Barack Obama,
We are writing to explain our opinion about human rights and show that many countries violate the Human Rights.

Human Rights are very important because they are the rights we have just because we are humans. If these countries violate the human rights it means that those countries treat us like we are not humans.
We think the best way to carry out the rights it is should be in the law. If the countries do not comply the law they would have to pay for it.

We also hope that you will give us your opinion about these topic and would like to know if USA is one of these countries.

We look forward to your reply.

My season in Vilafant

I have always played in Castello but this year I changed my basketball team, I was playing in Vilafant. Last weekend we lost the key game against SESE and with this loss we can't go to the finals. And now as I finish my season I want to explain this year in a different team. It was one of the best years because I met very good friends and could play at a high level.

In the beginning it was difficult for me to change my basketball way because in Castello I played against bad teams but this years players were stronger and good players. Also I could play against Tarragona, Cornellà and Caja Laboral.

The players who play in Vilafant are very friendly, they are very funny, I laugh a lot with them. Also they help me to improve and be a better player. So it was a big year with very amazing moments, with very good friends and I hope that the next years will be like this year.

Taylor Swift Explains Why She Left Spotify

Taylor Swift doesn't think music streaming services appropriately value her art and she considered to assess her effort the people have to pay enough money for it. Taylor critique streaming because it says it does reduce the number of album sales. All singers put a lot of dedication in the songs and it isn't fair that people hear those songs free. 

Taylor told reporters: "With Beats Music and Rhapsody you have to pay for a premium package in order to access my albums. And that places a perception of value on what I've created. On Spotify, they don't have any settings, or any kind of qualifications for who gets what music. I think that people should feel that there is a value to what musicians have created, and that's that. I wrote about this in July, I wrote an op-ed piece in the Wall Street Journal. This shouldn’t be news right now. It should have been news in July when I went out and stood up and said I'm against it. And so this is really kind of an old story."

Spotify claims to have paid $ 2M to Universal (The people who have the rights to Swift's music) but don't know if Taylor saw that much or too little.

In my opinion:

Swift is right because singers work hard on his music to like people and if people can hear all your work without paying anything, I think this isn't fair. We also have to say that although there Spotify people can listen music for free on youtube. Also, there are more and more internet pirate music and they didn't pay anything singers at least spotify pay an amount, although not enough.

Captain America: Civil War

Last Friday I went to the cinema to watch Captain America: Civil War. I had read some reviews about the film and the people loved the film. For me, this new film is a masterpiece.

The film tells the story about one problem and two different points of view, Iron Man and Captain America. These different points of view causes a conflict between them. This conflict makes two teams  (Team Iron Man and Team Captain America) and after causes a war.

I really liked the movie, apart from the visual effects ara amazing, the performance was really good too. The protagonism in the film was stolen from Black Panther and Spiderman. Also I love the plot because was very twisted. In conclusion this movie exceeded my expectations.

 

Prince's death: Singer cremated in private ceremony

Prince died in a lift on his Paisly Park state on Thursday. The cause of Prince's death is still unknown. Forensic doctors can't find an explanation for his death. The officials didn't find any sings of injuries on his body and no indications that he had committed suicide.

After his death his family and friends celebrated a private ceremony to say a loving goodbye to Prince. Meanwhile in Brooklyn on Saturday night, Bruce Springsteen was doing a concert and also did something at his concert in remembrance of Prince.

In my opinion:

This news blown me away because when I was a child prince  was one of my favorite singers my father always put his music. So when I saw this news I was amazed. The other thing hard to believe is that they haven't known the cause of the death because we have a lot of new the technologies and how it can be possible that we ignoring the cause.

Zaragoza tournement

This easter I went to Zaragoza with my basketball team to play in a professional tournament with teams like Gran Canaria or Valencia Basket. It was my first year in this tournament and my team had gone the year before. We only won two games and lost four games, three of them we could have won because we're a better team. But the other game was against Caja Laboral it is an ACB basketball team, and we lost 92-44 but at least we faced them. They have five Russian players, two of them were more than two meters tall.

In Zaragoza we stayed in a hotel with the other teams. The first day I saw three very tall black men and I though the three were professional players but one friend told me that they were one year yonger than me. It was unbelievable because the three me were tall and very strong. The stay in the hotel was really funny because I was with my friend and I met a lot of people who play basketball very well. The last day we saw the final between Joventut and Distrito Olimpico de Madrid. And when I was watching the final I could see that they were really good basketball players. After the final, they also had a Dunk contest between all the teams and it was cool but i though it could have  been better.

Well the tournament was really amazing but we didn't have time to visit the city because we were always at the basketball courts or at night in the hotel because we were tired from playing the two games that day.
